Christina and Alex are romantic professionals and professional romantics. Christina is the fearless creative genius behind Sh*t That I Knit. The Fat Chick collaborated with Christina to showcase her own artwork in the invitation suite: St. Matthew's Chapel, built in 1894, where the wedding would take place, and the Sugar Hill lupines that would be at peak bloom. These charming illustrations gave the couple's guests a preview of both time and place. The illustrations, and the CA monogram we designed, were digitally printed onto the various pieces, and then we letterpress printed everything else. We also designed a map of the surroundings, to show guests where the wedding weekend’s activities would take place.

The monogram appeared in the wax seal on the invitation envelope. We inserted full-length letterpress printed liners (yes, printed with hundreds of metal type ornaments) in the invitation and RSVP envelopes, and adapted our pattern for the front of the thank-you card.

• invitations + lined envelopes

• RSVP cards + envelopes

• Thank You! cards

For the wedding reception, Fat Chick Press collaborated with Christina's event planner to design signage, seating charts, table numbers, and menus.
